Information Security and Compliance officer

Softpay is expanding and searching for an Information Security and Compliance officer who wants to be a part of an innovative company in the Fintech payment industry.

You will join a team of three people where you take ownership of certain security and compliance areas, in collaboration with the other InfoSec members. Good tech understanding, a people mindset and experience from a similar role, will be key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Driving compliance and InfoSec projects including collaboration across diverse teams and recurring compliance processes
• Maintain ongoing compliance posture – documentation, policies and procedures – and coordinate security requirements for the Softpay products
• Risk management and risk assessment activities
• Active engagement in incident management, vulnerability management and external audits

Need-to-have

• Bachelor in IT security/compliance, or similar
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 or PCI DSS
• Technical insight and understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure and DevOps
• Execution skills, can-do attitude, structured, analytic and positive approach to tasks and people

Good-to-have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, mobile apps or IT-operations
• Technical hands-on skills
• Already living in Denmark and the Copenhagen wider area
• Danish skills both spoken and written
• Being able to see across ongoing processes and projects and how they are tangled together
